Standard vertical bulk tanks (1,500–13,000 gal) currently ship in 6–10 weeks from PO. Larger units (20,000 gal and up) run 12–16 weeks. Rush production is available for outage and emergency replacements; call us before the RFQ if a rush is likely so we can pre-reserve capacity.
Both. We can ship a vessel FOB Rifle for you to install locally, or we can quote a turnkey scope that includes freight, rigging, foundation review, tie-in, commissioning and operator training. Most customers choose the turnkey option for their first project with us and mix-and-match on subsequent ones.
Yes. We regularly re-pull vacuum on legacy Chart, Taylor-Wharton, MVE and Cryofab equipment, rebuild valve trees, replace pressure-build coils and re-certify relief devices. National Board R-Stamp is on file for repair and alteration of ASME code vessels.
10-year vacuum warranty and 5-year vessel warranty on new bulk tanks. Portable dewars carry a 5-year vacuum warranty. Retrofit and repair work carries a 12-month workmanship warranty. Full terms in the quote package.
Yes — every pressure vessel is designed and stamped to ASME BPVC Section VIII, Division 1. National Board registration is available on request at no additional charge.
Yes, for customers under active PM contract. On-call technicians typically respond within four hours in our direct-response region and coordinate travel same-day for the rest of the lower 48. Ad-hoc emergency support is available on a best-effort basis for non-contract customers.
Yes. Our polishing capability supports Ra 20 µin on process-wetted surfaces, and we can issue 3-A compliance documentation for food and dairy applications.
